Scoring
Derived indices: Total Sleep Time = time from sleep onset to final awakening minus time awake. Sleep Onset Latency is item 3. Sleep Efficiency = Total Sleep Time / time in bed × 100. Report which derivation you used — the Consensus Sleep Diary paper defines these precisely.
