The SMAAT platform (Sensor-based Mobile Application for Assessment and Tracking) is hosted at smaat.eu (the "Site") and provides services for designing and conducting research studies, collecting sensor and survey data via a mobile app, and managing participant data through a web platform (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including our Privacy Policy (together, the "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Please read these Terms carefully before registering or using the Service.

You can reset your password via the "Forgot Password" links on the researcher or participant login pages.

Limited License: By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and distribute it on the Service. Public studies may be accessible to other users without compensation or attribution. You can restrict access to private studies using the Service’s settings.
Representations: You warrant that your User Content is original or you have the necessary rights to use it, and it does not infringe third-party rights (e.g., copyrights, privacy) or defame others.
Disclaimer: We do not monitor all User Content and are not liable for it. We may remove or edit User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate. You acknowledge that some User Content may be inaccurate or offensive.
