Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale

The most widely used measure of global self-esteem. Ten items assess positive and negative feelings about oneself.

Scoring

Items 2, 5, 6, 8, 9 are reverse-scored. Sum all items (10–40). Higher scores = higher self-esteem.
